This presentation is about understanding the way other people communicate with themselves i.e. how they learn, how they understand things and the style in which they prefer to communicate.

In doing this we can then communicate, teach, discuss and motivate people using their own styles – their own learning and communication strategies.

Why do this? Because they will pay more attention, have a greater understanding and you will build rapport with them such that your thoughts and their thoughts will be aligned making it far more likely they will do what you are looking for them to do.
