As I have started a business from nothing, built it up and sold to top brand name clients and then sold my business, it means I can help you no matter what stage your business is currently at…..just an idea not yet being developed, or a full running business wanting to take things to the next level…

The Fun Bit!

First though….although business is serious….I never accept a client unless I know it is going to be fun for both of us as well, I add lots of value and you are going to be given ideas, tools and strategies to take your success to the next level, with me there to assist and guide you.

In addition to working with you, the business owner, I can also run in house seminars, workshops and talks for staff in order to have them excited and enthusiastic about their own futures, which in turn will improve their energy, passion and vision for coming to work every day.

Who is this for?

My passion and best value is delivered to owner operated businesses be this one person or a number of people that jointly own a business. The important element for me is those that I am mentoring can make the decision alone or jointly to implement the fantastic ideas and strategies we come up with together. The size of your business doesn’t matter just the fact that I mentor owners who can implement the plans we develop together….ideas are one of my best assets….

How does this work?

Well, how do you want it to work? We can do this as face to face meetings, telephone meetings, or a mixture if you prefer. Whatever fits best with your location and schedule. Typically clients fall into one of two categories – those that need lots of new ideas and strategies to implement them, where we work on a short intense project together (a Business Boost), and those where they are looking for someone on a longer term regular basis to bounce ideas off and look to for guidance. If I was pushed to give an approximate time scale of each I would probably say that on average, all things being equal (which they never are!), then an intense Business Boost tends to come down to 4 days work done over a 4 month period, and that average of a day per month is sometimes done in half day blocks, a whole day or a number of 1 hour meetings. However an initial half day is always advised to get started and fully delve into where you are and where you are going to be. Then of course many clients are both in that they have various Business Boost cycles and ongoing mentoring assistance….it really is all about what you are looking to do and the best way to get you there. An ongoing mentoring client typically has around four hours per month working with me.

I show you how to deliver fantastic sales presentations that people want to hear.

I work with you to convert more sales enquiries into actual sales.

I also work with you to improve your internal and external communication and  how to use language in communication that improves your chance of success in sales presentations, and communicating with others and clients.

I can also help your staff members become more motivated and enthusiastic about their roles and their direction in work and careers through teaching about a “Success Mindset” and how they can discover their goals if they don’t believe they know what they are, and how they can achieve their Goals, expand comfort zones, change beliefs that hold them back and gain more confidence and become passionate and enthusiastic about their careers and life in general. Most importantly this is done in a way that staff  buy into.
